Spend 1 1/2 hours learning the essentials of ceramics. In this class, we will give you an opportunity to throw on the pottery wheel and explore hand-building techniques. Bring a friend or join others in the community to delve into the art of ceramics. Choose your favorite piece to be finished and glazed by the instructor in the glaze of your choosing. Finished pieces will be available for pick-up 4-6 weeks after class. Ages 14 and up.

In-class projects vary from class to class. Generally, there will be a wheel-thrown component and a hand-building component. Pottery is a broad field and we strive to offer a glimpse into a variety of aspects.

Our aim is to develop artistry that is tactile, functional, and aesthetically pleasing while facilitating a studio where the community can find their creativity and separate from the noise of daily life through the craft of ceramics.

Class Transfers or Cancellations
We are happy to offer class transfers from date to date with 24-48 hours notice. Cancellations are available with 48 hours notice. This allows us to contact anyone that may be on a waitlist.
